Pizza Chef & Kitchen Specialist
Kitchen / Food Preparation
As a Pizza Chef at dion's, you'll be the heart of our kitchen — crafting the signature dions pizza recipes that Albuquerque has loved for over four decades. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and consistency are paramount.
- Experience in pizza or food preparation preferred (we also train enthusiastic newcomers)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and food quality standards
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Shift Supervisor
Operations / Management
Lead the team during your shift, ensuring every dions customer receives exceptional service and every order meets our quality standards. The Shift Supervisor role is a stepping stone toward restaurant management at dion's.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or lead role in food service
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage cash handling and end-of-shift reporting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Delivery Driver
Delivery / Logistics
Be the face of dions on the road — delivering fresh, hot dion's pizza and meals to customers across Albuquerque with a smile. We offer flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and the chance to earn great tips.
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Knowledge of Albuquerque streets and neighborhoods preferred
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with punctuality
Customer Service Associate
Front of House / Service
As the first point of contact for dions customers, you'll take orders, answer questions, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. Great for students and those looking for a friendly, welcoming work environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
Catering Coordinator
Events / Catering
Plan and coordinate dions pizza catering orders for corporate events, parties, and community gatherings. You'll be the liaison between our kitchen team and clients, ensuring every catering event runs smoothly and deliciously.
- Experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality management
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work
- Proficiency in office software; CRM or catering software experience a bonus
